Good location near the beach.
The experience was soured by a lack of cleanliness and outdated amenities. My room had rusty bathroom fixtures, and the shower was quite awkward to use due to its age. the staff were not particularly friendly or attentive, which made the check-in process an unnecessarily long wait.

This was just a solid selection for a lightning trip in Mamaia with reasonable value. The breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options every morning. Try to book a room further from the street to enjoy a quieter night's sleep.
